DV200 Value – Quickly determine the quality of your FFPE RNA samples !!

On the 2100 Bioanalyzer or 4200 TapeStation system, quickly calculate the DV200 value (the percentage of fragments >200 nucleotides) of your sample. Many RNA expression protocols, such as Agilent’s SureSelectXT RNA Direct, will provide guidance for FFPE sample processing dependent on this value.
